The Farm

Bananchal Farm is at a 10 minutes drive from Taala gate of The Bandhavgarh national park, surrounded by lush green tropical forest of Sal, Teak, Mahua and Bamboos. An eco-friendly farm, located next to the Jamunara village which derives its name from the Jamun trees- the Indian Black Berry. The motto of the farm is ‘Enjoy healthy and natural living’.

Bananchal Farms was constructed for the personal use of The Owner with his family, friends and near and dear ones. The farm has been designed to enjoy natural healthy living in the greens. The farm now has opened up to the enthusiastic wildlife lovers as a high end premium home stay / resort.

It’s a home away from home for nature lovers, providing fresh air in healthy clean environment, ideal for nature lovers. The farm lies on the natural beat of the royal Bengal tiger when on its way from the Taala zone forest to the Ranchha foothills. The farm is frequented by the Indian Sloth Bear and the wild Boar. The leopard has been sighted in the neighbourhood chasing goats. The farm is a real jungle hideout, has a natural forest within the property, During rainy seasons lush green tiger grass is a feast to the eyes of the guests; trees and bamboos all over with birds chirping; flight of the Hornbill, the wood pecker, parrots, owls, kingfisher to name a few.

Cottages at the farm has been designed and constructed for healthy and comfortable living. Each suite having generous well ventilated private bathrooms with all modern fittings.

The rooms are beautifully furnished for a luxurious stay with well ventilated wide windows and private sit outs overlooking the gardens and serene beauty of Vindhyachal ranges.
